These Terms of Service apply to all products and services provided by Boothish. By placing an order, receiving a quotation, or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Orders & Custom Work

All booth seating is made to order. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, as materials and labour are allocated specifically to your project.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All prices are provided in writing. A quotation is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Any changes to specifications, dimensions, materials, or layouts may affect the final price.

3. Payments

A deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due before delivery or collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Lead Times

Lead times are estimates and may vary based on workload, customisation, material availability, and delivery planning. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

5. Delivery & Access

Delivery is included in the overall project price unless otherwise stated.
Customers must ensure clear access for delivery and installation. If delivery is unsuccessful due to access restrictions or no one being present, re-delivery fees may apply.

If the customer chooses to collect, pricing can be adjusted accordingly, and Boothish is not responsible for any damage once the item leaves our premises.

6. Product Variations

As items are handmade, small variations in texture, stitching, colour tone, or finish may occur. This is a standard characteristic of custom upholstery and not considered a defect.
