Returns & Refund Policy – Boothish (FULLFITZ LIMITED)

All of our booth seating is made to order to your chosen sizes, materials and design. Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on custom-made items once production has begun.

However, if there is an issue that is our fault – such as a manufacturing defect or an error in the specification that differs from what was agreed in writing – we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

To request a review of an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and a description of the concern. We will assess the matter and confirm the appropriate resolution.

This policy does not cover:

  • Changes of mind or design preference

  • Incorrect measurements supplied by the customer

  • Damage caused after delivery or during customer handling

  • Normal wear and tear or fabric/leather ageing

We are committed to ensuring that every order meets the agreed specification and workmanship standards.
